Founded in 2013 by Gordon Pawlowska, MAKMAJ began as a single-person operation offering desktop support from a small apartment in Krakow. Today, we’ve grown into a multinational team of IT professionals delivering comprehensive IT services for businesses worldwide.

From the start, MAKMAJ was driven by a commitment to technology innovation and exceptional service. Our dedication led us to break boundaries, installing networks in remote locations across Scandinavia and continually expanding our service offerings. Today, we provide a broad spectrum of solutions, including AI-assisted chat support and strategic IT partnerships.

At the helm of MAKMAJ is our founder and CEO, Gordon Pawlowska. Of South African and Polish lineage, Gordon is the driving force behind our innovative approach to IT services. With a passion for technology and an entrepreneurial spirit, he guides our strategic vision while fostering a culture of innovation and inclusivity.

As the Technical Vendor Manager, Sebastian Blicharz excels in bridging the gap between MAKMAJ and our trusted suppliers. Sebastian's keen understanding of both technical intricacies and vendor relations ensures we stay at the forefront of industry advancements and maintain valuable partnerships.

Piotr Kaczor leads our DevOps team with an emphasis on efficiency and collaboration. As the Polish Sales Lead, he's instrumental in driving our growth within the local market.
Piotr’s technical prowess, combined with his sales acumen, makes him an invaluable asset to MAKMAJ.

Tom Savino blends technical knowledge with a customer-centric approach. As our Technical Sales and Customer Relationship Manager, Tom ensures our clients' needs are met and expectations exceeded. He excels in building long-term relationships and aligning our services with our clients' objectives.

Michal Grzywacz, our Onsite Client Manager and Tech Lead, oversees client-facing technical support and leads our team of onsite technicians. Michal’s blend of leadership, technical expertise, and dedication to customer service ensures we deliver top-tier support while maintaining strong client relationships.
